Embracing the Beauty of Cape Cod: Exhibition at Trees Place Gallery
Dear Art Enthusiasts,
I am delighted to be part of the upcoming exhibition at Trees Place Gallery in Orleans, Massachusetts, where I will be showcasing as part of a group show “Scenic Serenity” paintings inspired by the breathtaking beauty of Cape Cod.
Although I won’t be able to attend in person, I extend a warm invitation to you to join the opening reception on March 30th from 5 PM to 7 PM, where my work will be on display.
Having spent many summers on Cape Cod, I have been captivated by its coastal splendor, marshes, and the interplay of ashes and salt. These elements have infused my work with a sense of serenity and wonder, capturing the essence of this remarkable landscape.
My connection to Cape Cod began early in my career when my paintings caught the attention of Anne Packard, the esteemed American contemporary painter from Provincetown. It was an honor to be invited to stay and also study with her daughter, Cynthia Packard. This initial encounter ignited my passion for the Cape, leading to my return in 2016 when I was awarded a residency at the C-Scape Dune Shack on the National Seashore.
Each visit to Cape Cod has deepened my appreciation for its natural beauty and artistic heritage. My paintings reflect the inspiration I draw from the landscape, evoking the sense of tranquility and harmony found in this coastal haven.
