Flagler College’s LEAD Fund Event Unveils Spirits and Sportscars and Fine Art!
Guests will enjoy an evening sipping bourbon, viewing vintage cars and biding on fine art while simultaneously supporting Flagler College students.
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL. – The Flagler College’s LEAD Fund is pleased to announce the long-awaited event, Spirits and Sportscars, which will take place on Thursday, September 16th, from 6-8 pm. It’ll be held at the Art N Motion vintage showroom located at 283 San Marco Avenue, St. Augustine, FL.
The mission of the LEAD Fund (Leading, Empowering, Advancing, and Developing) is to provide scholarships, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for men who attend Flagler College, and to encourage the recruitment and retention of male students. The advisory board for the FUND seeks to engage volunteers to raise money for scholarships and to work to provide students with mentorship, leadership and guidance in pursuing their academic and career interests.
Car and bourbon lovers will have the opportunity to browse classic cars while sampling mouth-watering food from local restaurants and drinking fine bourbon. Additional activities include interacting with a Henry Flagler impersonator, tasting a signature drink, “The Morrison” and a silent auction featuring local artists and unique bourbons.
Not only will guests have a fun-filled night enjoying gorgeous cars, spirits and food, but they’ll also be supporting the LEAD Fund Scholarship with each registration fee of $50 per person. All proceeds will go directly to making a significant difference for young male students attending Flagler College.
