Love Collecting Art, Valentines Inspiration!

This is such a beautiful quote and applies so well to the visual arts. If art can captivate someone for long enough that they see it and connect, its a honor for me as an artist. For each piece is created with a mix of love, curiosity, skill, stamina. A painting can fail or be successful, give pleasure or be lackluster.

The search for the collector, is the pursuit… the falling, the love affair. We build a knowledge of what we love through art and its so subjective, its what makes the world go round.
