A day to play

A day to Play | 8” X 8” | In studio

This was a plein air study at Jacksonville Arboretum. I will be painting there in six weeks’ time for A Brush with Nature – A plein air painting event.

It’s amazing in that short time, how everything in the forest changes it becomes a sea of green everything is quickly coming into bloom and it can be quite a challenge to paint. As usual I have fun pushing the colors a little.
